BOOTH SPONSOR

Exhibiting at REM™ 2024 gives you the opportunity to strengthen your company’s brand, reach new customers, interact one-on-one with leading decision-makers, and grow your business. Each booth is given a prime space that receives high traffic throughout the conference. Exhibitors at REM™ aren't restricted to an out-of-the-way "exhibit hall," but are instead integrated into the flow of the event, in natural gathering places outside sessions and where foot traffic is highest, giving exhibitors the opportunity to interact with attendees in a natural, casual setting.

GREEN POWER TOUR SPONSOR (Only 2 available)

Before the conference begins, send attendees off on an exciting tour of a local landmark of cultural, historical, or professional interest, and highlight sustainability initiatives along the way. Sponsor can suggest destinations, and REM™ staff can work with local experts to develop and plan the perfect afternoon excursion. Bus transportation and tour tickets included. Sponsorship includes one complimentary full-conference pass and notice of the tour on the agenda page of the conference website. The sponsor will provide the opportunity for at least 30 participants to pre-register for the tour. Participants will pay CRS a nominal fee to register.

BRANDED GIFT SPONSOR (Only 3 Available)

This opportunity allows the Sponsor to gift all conference attendees with a quality branded gift of their choice. Your company’s logo can be displayed prominently on the gift you distribute. Alternatively, your company can choose an intangible gift, such as funds that support a local charity with a donation. (Note: Cost to create and ship gifts to the conference venue not included in sponsorship fee. Quantity required ranges from 350-400. Gift selection requires CRS approval.)

ZERO WASTE SPONSOR (Exclusive)

Zero Waste Sponsor will work with the hotel to manage conference-related waste to reach as close to a zero waste event as possible. This sponsor provides waste management support and reporting throughout the duration of the event. Sponsorship includes:

Put your brand on every conference attendee! Conference Lanyards hold the participants' badges and will be distributed to all attendees. Your logo will be printed on the lanyards. Sponsorship of the lanyards is an exclusive sponsorship and receives first right to refusal for REM 2025 (must confirm by EOY 2024). The Lanyard Sponsor has the opportunity to add-on a complimentary pass for a total of $4,200 or two complimentary passes for a total of $5,300.

BRANDED SIGNAGE SPONSOR (Add-On Opportunity)

This sponsorship provides unique opportunities to display prominent signage throughout the event venue, including floor decals, go-bo light signs, wall and window signage. Sponsorship includes:

SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS

Qualifying renewable energy trade associations, nonprofit organizations, and other entities can be designated a Supporting Organization through an exchange of promotional services. A Supporting Organization agrees to promote the conference to its membership or constituency in exchange for one or more of the following:

  • Organization highlighted in the conference promotional materials

  • One complimentary conference registration if promotional emails sent to a significant cohort of stakeholders
