Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations of conference registration must be submitted online through the Cvent registration system. Refunds will be processed and issued through the original payment method, based on the event type and the date the cancellation was received.

For all Registration Items Cancellations received on or before August 3, 2025 will be eligible for a 95% refund; cancellations received between August 4, 2025 and August 30, 2025 (dates inclusive) will be eligible for a 50% refund; and cancellations received after August 30, 2025 are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation of conference registration does not cancel the registrant’s hotel reservation. It is the registrant’s responsibility to cancel his or her hotel reservation directly through the Hotel, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest attending the Event, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 3 days in advance of arrival.  Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately.
